'Cold' is not enough to describe the icicles that have formed outside each of my windowsills, nor is it enough to properly express my constant need to carry around a hot water bottle (even when I'm out doing errands) along with a big, fluffy blanket that could easily cover half of the neighborhood. It's raining, on the brink of snowing, and I, though a proud winter person, can honestly say that it is too cold for anyone's good, and we need Spring to come immediately. I connect to the romantic notion of 'wintertime', but every year like clockwork, I get fed up real quick. I forget how awful it is to take a shower, how the toilet seat is always cold, and how getting up in the morning is like trying to get a toddler to do something without bribing them with candy. Nearly impossible, I tell you. So what can make all this better? Memes, obviously. I have been a meme lord for quite some time now, and I like to call myself an expert.
